Reservation

Scan the following QR code to make reservation.

1. Limits

Each reservation can include up to 5 visitors.

Each ID number can reserve only 1 ticket per day.

Maximum 4 bookings per ID within 30 days (including canceled reservations).

2. Confirmation & Expiry

Once successfully reserved, your reservation will be confirmed into an official visit order.

All other unused reservations will be automatically cleared at 24:00 on the booking day.

3. For Children

Children aged 14 or below cannot make reservation alone.

They must be registered together with an adult and enter the museum together with the adult who made reservation.

Valid ID Documents for Reservation

1. Resident ID Card of the People’s Republic of China  

2. Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents  

3. Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents  

4. Passport  

5. Permanent Residence ID Card of the People’s Republic of China for Foreigners.

→ Ticket Reservation

→ Select ID Type:

→ Enter ID Number

→ Enter Verification Code

→ Select Time Slot

→ Confirm Reservation

Canceling Reservation

Enter the Shaanxi History Museum official WeChat account: 

→ Ticket Reservation → Cancel Reservation.

Policy for Canceling Reservation

1. For visitors who have not yet checked in, canceling reservation must be requested   

before the last entry on the day of the visit.

2. Failing to cancel reservation on time will be considered a no-show.

For visitors who fail to cancel reservation, no reservation could be made for 180 calendar days starting from the date of the no-show.
