4.Reservation should be made 5 days ahead, with time slots released daily at 17:00.

1.After a successful reservation, present the valid ID or ID document used during the reservation process. Entry will be granted only after identity verification. Mismatched information will result in denied entry.

2.Check in within the reserved time slot. Late arrivals will not be granted entry.

1.Visitors who accumulate 2 or more no-show instances within a calendar year (failure to attend during the reserved time slot without timely canceling reservation) will trigger the blacklist protocol and anti-scalping measures.

2.The system will automatically add violators to the blacklist, restricting all ticket reservations for 180 days (including the 180th day) from the blacklisting date.

1.Children under 1.4 meters or aged under 6 are admitted free with an accompanied adult who has reserved online in advance, with each adult allowed to bring up to two children.

2.Seniors aged 65 and above can visit Shaanxi History Museum(Main Building) without prior reservation by presenting their original valid ID at the entrance.

3.Visitors with disabilities may enter without reservation by presenting their original disability certificate (those with Level 2 and above disabilities may bring one companion).

Among the special groups eligible for concession tickets, only visitors aged 65 and above can directly enter the museum by swiping their ID card or documents at the ticket checkpoint. All other eligible visitors must present their original ID card and corresponding valid certification documents at the service counter to obtain an admission pass before entering.
